Challenges in correctional facilities

Modern correctional facilities face increasing pressure to manage inmates, data, and safety with precision and accountability.

Booking and intake steps are data-intensive, prone to delays and errors. We address manual data entry during booking can slow intake and introduce costly errors. From capturing arrest details to verifying identities and warrants, facilities need automated, guided workflows that reduce redundancy and maintain accuracy from the moment an inmate enters the system.

Tracking health, disciplinary events, gang affiliations, and inmate movements requires robust tools. Correctional operations rely on accurate tracking of inmate behavior, health, and movement. Without a centralized platform, key updates can be lost between shifts or departments—impacting safety, compliance, and reporting accuracy.

Ensuring consistency between arrest data, records, and corrections systems is often disjointed. When booking data, arrest records, and jail management operate in silos, agencies face duplication, confusion, and wasted time. Integrated systems ensure that every update—from arrest to release—is synchronized, accurate, and accessible where it’s needed most.

Better Data Security then those using Oracle.

Implement a proper ECDH (Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman) key exchange using Curve25519.

Compliance and Security Features:
Our system must complies with regulatory requirements, such as those set by the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) and other local, state, and federal standards. Excel at data security, including encryption and role-based access controls, is also critical to ensure sensitive inmate information (aka NPR) is protected.
