October Improvements (I guess making it v1.2)...

Inspired by Dev-Pas 1.9
Dev-Pas IDE has forms that have unique window titles and large borders. This inspired me to incorporate that capability into our newest component TDashFramework.
TDashFramework
Was inspired by trying to teach a customer how to use the TDashboard (MCS) Modern Component Suite. He was tripping over how to make a Delphi application work like a responsive web page... and really getting confused with the way Delphi does Align. So, TDashFramework introduced a layout choice, based upon my years of using dhtmlx.com suite since 2001 or 2002.
What is a layout?
These auto-design TDashboard Panels. Into one of the 30 supported layouts. Every panel automatically has a TDashSplitter associated with it - so end-users can tweak the TDashPanel sizes to their preference (via TDashFramework.AutoSaveLayout filename property (an INI file)). TDashSplitter has a built in constraint of 60 pixels - so nothing can be made too small. TDashFramework also offers a run-time feature called TDashFramework.ResetLayout which puts everything back to the DFM (Developers design).
So back to the Dev-Pas influence... TDashFramework has almost total control over how Windows(tm) renders your TForm at run-time. This is done by setting the design-time property TDashFramework.WindowStyle...
